TGIF Flow and Social Hour

I created this special class to celebrate the connections and the community-building spirit of my online studio--and you're invited!  The plan is to practice some accessible, all-levels Asana, and then to stick around to talk, catch up, and get to know one another better. Invite a friend!  Plan to bring your favorite drinks and snacks!
