About the Event

Have you always wanted to establish a mindful morning routine?    

Maybe you've felt curious about implementing a daily Asana practice?    

Maybe you love the thought, but don't have a ton of extra time and energy?

If any of that sounds familiar, then I invite you to give this program a try.  Join me for seven days of intention setting, self care, and gentle Asana to start your day in a mindful way. All you need is 20 minutes.   

How it works: Upon registering for this program, you'll receive a recorded class in your inbox each morning for seven days.  However, this program is self-guided and self paced.  If you'd rather start on a Wednesday, start on a Wednesday!  Want to wait till next month, wait till next month!  The idea is that you set aside seven days during which you can be fully committed to 20 minutes of mindful practice each morning.  (And it's okay if your mornings begin at a different time each day--just get to your practice when you can!) Try to aim for seven days without interruption, but be kind to yourself if you fall behind.   

Program Summary:  Each day's practice will begin with a brief period of centering in order focus on breath, set an intention for your practice, and set an intention for your day. Each day's practice will conclude with a brief savasana and closing.


Day 1 - Breathe and Flow (Seated)

Day 2 - Breathe and Flow (Standing)

Day 3 - Heart and Shoulders Flow

Day 4 - Hips and Hamstrings Flow

Day 5 - Connect to Core Flow

Day 6 - Mobility Flow (Seated)

Day 7 - Salute the Sun Flow

Investment:  Sliding Scale based on your means - $20, $30 or $40. 

Although these are all recorded classes,  I will be fully available as a supportive resource for you throughout the program.  If you have questions or thoughts to share, you can reach out to me at any time!
