Day 1 - Morning Asana Immersion
Welcome to Day 1 of your 7-Day Morning Asana Immersion. I'm so happy to have you along.
Today's class theme is "Breathe and Flow," and it will take place primarily seated. You can sit in a chair, on a couch, or even towards the edge of your bed.
Remember, this program is self-paced and self-guided. Begin whenever you'd like, and practice when you can. Try to aim for seven days without interruption, but be kind to yourself if you fall behind.
