Welcome, Friend.  Welcome as you are.


My name is Dena Borman (she/her), and I absolutely love the practice of yoga, but I have never really thought of myself as "good" at yoga.  Believe it or not, I am not flexible.  And it took me a very long time to build up strength and endurance when I first began practicing.  I persevered--because yoga helped relieve my anxiety and physical pain--but I spent years figuring out how to make yoga "work" for me.


It is for this reason that I am so passionate about sharing the tools you need to make this practice accessible up front--so that you don't have to spend years figuring it out like I did!


I wholeheartedly believe that the benefits of a yoga practice should be available to ALL, which is why I am committed to continually developing the knowledge and skills to be able to teach all students in all bodies.
